I’ve been on a consistent drive mode. It’s that drive that has brought me to where I am today. I’m constantly driving, watching where I’m going and planning my next trip. I tend to work hard and work often and I do get massive amounts of work done. But, I’ve been learning its not about the amount of work that gets done its about what’s achieved. It’s about working smarter not working every minute.

My life which includes work, personal, social, physical, emotional – you name it, I try and devote time to it.

I spend a lot of time talking in front of hundreds if not thousands of people and talk about the importance of acknowledging where you are, creating a plan and taking control. I think I’ve lived thus far in control but I’ve never acknowledge where I want to be. I’ve been doing a number of things but what have I been achieving?

I do take pride in what I do and I do believe nothing is worth doing if you don’t give it your all. Yea I may need to slow down a bit but I won’t compromise my goal to succeed in life. I just need to ensure I’ve prioritized what’s important and that does mean I need to put on the breaks, place the car on park and just enjoy the view.
